I've had the joy of being part of this family's story more than once, from M & G's wedding to V's lifestyle baby photoshoot, and now his 2nd birthday party. He's a proper, boisterous little one, and this celebration at Little.BIG in Gurugram was such a fun one to shoot.
The venue was perfect for a kid's birthday party. It has a lovely all-wooden play area right across from the dining space, so while the parents relaxed and caught up with friends, the kids had a blast in the play zone. There was a huge slide and even a mock-up aeroplane for them to climb into, giving V and his little friends plenty to explore through the party.
As a kids birthday photographer in Gurugram, I love shooting toddler birthday parties. There's so much happening at a 2nd birthday photoshoot: the birthday rituals, the cake cutting, kids running around and playing. A good venue and a well-planned party bring out the most genuine moments on their own, kids mid-laugh, parents catching a quiet minute together, little friendships forming over a shared slide.
