Himani very anxiously told me that she does not pose well, and that she had a tough time with this during her wedding shoot. Nine months pregnant and still worried about posing, that is exactly the kind of honesty that makes a shoot special from the start.
As the shoot progressed, her comfort level increased, and she gave me some truly beautiful solo shots. It is amazing to see how a person can go from unsure to completely at ease in front of the lens once they stop thinking about it too much. That shift is often where the best photos come from.
