L & A are such a fun couple to be around. Complete opposites in personality, but somehow they balance each other out perfectly and that energy was all over their baby shower.
The two of them planned and hosted the entire event themselves and it showed in every little detail. From a DIY cake table to the indoor decor, everything felt personal and well thought out. They even planned a bunch of fun games for their friends and family and the party turned out to be a real hit with everyone who came.
The baby shower was held indoors at India Habitat Centre, Delhi and it had such a warm, lively feel through the three hours I was there. Friends brought so much energy to the event, laughing, playing games and cheering on the mom-to-be through every activity.
In between all the celebrations, I also took L aside for a short maternity photoshoot, just the two of them, away from the noise of the party. Those quiet few minutes gave us some lovely, calm photos to balance out the fun and chaos of the main event.
As a baby shower and maternity photographer in Delhi, days like this are always special to shoot. Between the games, the decor, the friends and family and a few quiet maternity portraits mixed in, three hours went by so quickly that it genuinely felt like a jiffy.
