K's Outdoor Maternity Photoshoot at Lodhi Garden Delhi
This outdoor maternity shoot is all about a radiant mama-to-be, her husband, their playful two year old son and one of the most beautiful maternity photoshoot places in Delhi. We spent a golden afternoon doing what I love most, capturing real family moments. From beautiful maternity portraits to couple sessions and candid family portraits with their little one, this session was an absolute joy to document.
Some clients feel instantly like old friends, and K and her family are exactly that. Getting to document their son's milestones has been an absolute privilege. First with an photojournalistic family photoshoot session at home (see here) , followed by celebrating his first birthday bash in a grand way.
When K reached out to tell me they were expecting their second child, I knew I had to be there! Second time parents-to-be carry a different kind of magic with them. They are eager and excited to welcome their second little one, relaxed in a way only experience brings, and they already know how fast these moments go. So I packed my bags and traveled from Bangalore to Delhi. We chose our favourite spot in the city for the shoot. K looked absolutely stunning in her thoughtfully picked maternity outfits, radiating beauty in both. Later her two year old son joined us and the rest of the day was filled with pure fun and laughter.
No props. No perfect setups. What made these maternity photos truly timeless were the real emotions that unfolded naturally. A mama softly looking down at her bump. A husband holding his wife close like she is his whole world. A little boy running around carefree, stealing the show. This is what genuine maternity photography looks like. Candid. Emotional. Real. And that is exactly why these moments will never get old.
